This is what I received in the mail last week. The latest issue of Food&Family magazine. I love looking through this magazine. Usually I can't wait to get my hands on it but I have to admit it was a couple of days after receiving it that I looked it over.
I was working on a weekly menu last Saturday and chose two recipes from the book. Because of other things that happened at the beginning of the week I wasn't able to cook the first one on the list. I did however get to cook the Western Skillet Omlet. I decided to take a picture of the difference between mine and the one in the magazine. I have to admit that the magazine people went for presentation but I think mine looks the best. What do you think?
